This group is aimed at those people who play an instrument and would like to meet up and take part in jam sessions. We will have to find a free space or hire a space where we can play but in the meantime we can keep in touch and see how it goes. Definitely we will meet up. Players of all instruments are welcome but of course it's a lot easier to carry a guitar wherever you go than a piano.

My name is Dan and I've been playing guitar on and off for over 12 years. It can be hard at times to stay motivated and keeping practising. My plan to keep motivated …

British blues is a form of music derived from American blues that originated in the late 1950s and which reached its height of mainstream popularity in the 1960s, when it developed a distinctive and influential style dominated by electric guitar and made international stars of several proponents of the genre including The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac and Led Zeppelin. A number of these moved into mainstream rock music and as a result British blues helped to form many of the sub-ge …
